Is there the need and political support for a stormwater fee in my municipality? What are the municipal stormwater issues that need to be addressed (e.g. reduce stormwater in the sewers, reduce flooding, MS4 requirements, etc.) 

Presenter, Daniel Deiseroth, PE, Executive Vice President, The Gateway Engineers, Inc., will outline the steps in developing a good five-year budget in order to fund stormwater management.  He will also provide examples from his experience in implementing Mt. Lebanon’s stormwater fee.
