Important speaker information:
By Friday, October 13: Please complete the online speaker release form and submit it to 3RWW. If you prefer, you may access a Word version of the release form to print, sign and email to 3RWW.
- By Friday, October 13: We request that you send an electronic PowerPoint file of your presentation to 3RWW preferably by email or via an ftp site, such as Dropbox, Google Drive, etc. Please note: As part of the conference materials, we provide attendees a link to pdf files of the conference presentations. Each presentation pdf will be password-protected so that your content cannot be copied without your express permission. If you would like to bring paper handouts, we recommend you bring approximately 350 copies.
- We will load the PowerPoint file of your presentation onto a conference laptop to ensure a smooth transition between speakers. Standard equipment will be provided for each presenter: an LCD projector and screen, a laptop computer, a lavaliere microphone and a laser pointer. Please allow approximately 5 minutes at the end of your presentation for questions and answers. Please note: If you have any special audio-visual needs, please contact Tracy Schubert to place your request. Otherwise, we will assume the audio-visual equipment outlined above is sufficient for your presentation.
- The $110 conference registration fee is waived for all speakers. You will be entitled to a buffet lunch on both days of the conference. However, all travel and lodging expenses are the responsibility of each speaker.
- By October 16: If necesssary, make room reservations at the Doubletree Hotel (adjacent to the Convention Center) under the 3RWW room block for $119/night.
