3RWW Committees

3 Rivers Wet Weather Working Group (3WG)

  • Formed in 2014 to engage municipal managers, elected officials and other stakeholders
  • Meets as monthly or as needed
  • Goal: to continue wet weather planning as regulatory enforcement transitioned from the 2004 municipal consent orders to the current Phase 1 municipal consent orders. 

Source Flow Reduction/Flow Target Subcommittee (SFRFT)

  • A subcommittee of 3WG
  • Meets biweekly
  • Goal: to work with ALCOSAN to develop consensus-based, achievable and affordable flow reduction goals for both separate and combined systems

Consent Order Working Group

  • A subcommittee of 3WG
  • Meets monthly
  • to assist with other requirements of the Phase 1 Consent Orders. 

These subcommittees provide the technical support to aid the 3WG in achieving its goals.
